Yesterday was another exciting day for me at work.
(In case, you don't know where I work- it's at Life Bookshop)..
Anyway, yesterday, I (with the help of God) homed 2 christians!! Praise God!!
Yesterday, while I was working, there was these 2 person luking in the shop. However, I did not take much notice of them and continued to do what I was doing. After a while, I stepped out of the counter to do a spot check. As I was checking, the 2 luking being then approached me and asked if I was a christian. I replied yes. They then told me that they were looking for church, a christian church. They asked me further if I had a church and was the church I attending a christian one. Again, I replied with a yes.
After that, they asked for the address. Fortunately, I had our church bulletin and pointed to them the venue and service timing. After further browsing of the bulletin, they saw that we had a filipino service and were really glad. I then found out that they are actually Filipinos. (What a loser right!?! I couldn't even tell, from their complexion, they were filipinos the first time.. haha.. )
Later, I learned that they arrived in Singapore a month ago, but had not found a christian church and were really desperate for one!! I even got their number.. Gonna follow-up on them.. heh..
Wow!! Praise God!! Really!!
I didn't even think I could "evangelise" while working. This was really something that I pondered for some time - whether I could still mass outreach when I step into the working circle. And God answered it with actions.
And this was actually I homed someone. The first time was a caucasian. But I forgot to get his number. I hope that he had attended our service that time.. Anyway, still praise God!!
